West Coast Whiskey - Strawberry Rhubarb Whiskey Sour

TASTE: Berry, Tart, Summery
INGREDIENTS:

½ oz Tofino Distillery West Coast Whiskey
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaking tin
- Dry shake for 30 seconds
- Add ice to shaker and shake again for 30 seconds
- Double strain into rocks glass
