Our nineteenth single barrel release is our standard corn/rye/barley blend. Aged 5 years in charred oak - this batch picked up plenty of caramel notes accentuating the sweetness of the corn, but the rye brings that spice to keep everything in balance! An excellent sipper and a delight in a whiskey sour! (Released August 25 - National Whiskey Sour Day)
