Rhubarb Lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup rhubarb syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients, stir well
- Keep in fridge for up to 1 month
Rhubarb Syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chopped rhubarb
- Combine all ingredients in pot over med/high heat
- Heat until sugar is dissolved/rhubarb is soft
- Strain out fruit
- Keep syrup in fridge for up to 1 month
