Rhubarb Lemonade

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup rhubarb syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine all ingredients, stir well 
  • Keep in fridge for up to 1 month


Rhubarb Syrup:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped rhubarb 
INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Combine all ingredients in pot over med/high heat 
  • Heat until sugar is dissolved/rhubarb is soft
  • Strain out fruit
  • Keep syrup in fridge for up to 1 month
