A delightful way to ease your friends into enjoying our Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe. Ideal for garden parties or sunny days on a patio. Makes 6 servings
TASTE: Sweet, Floral, Anise
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz Tofino Distillery Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe (½ a 375ml bottle)
- 13 oz Lemon Juice
- 11 oz Lavender Syrup
- 24 oz Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in pitcher (or 2L mason jar)
- Stir or shake well
- To serve: pour 9oz in tall glass with lots of ice
- Garnish with lemon wheels
