Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe - Tip Toe Through The Tulips
Our original festival Absinthe cocktail, you may have tasted this at events in Victoria, Vancouver, or Whistler!
TASTE: Sweet, Floral, Anise
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ oz Tofino Distillery Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe
- 1½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1½ oz Lavender Syrup
- 4 oz Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine Absinthe, Lemon Juice, and Lavender Syrup in cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake and then strain into tall glasses full of ice
- Top with your choice of still or sparkling water
- Optional: garnish with lemon wheels
