Rose & ginger are a match made in heaven!

- 1 oz Rose Hibiscus Gin
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 5 oz Ginger Beer
- Build drink in rocks glass full of ice (or copper mug if feeling traditional!)
- Stir well
- Garnish with sprig of mint if desired
