Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe - Psychedelic Mojito
Our Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe gets its green hue from the addition of Lemon Balm and Hyssop - both members of the mint family. Play up the minty notes of the spirit by making a new twist on a summertime favourite
TASTE: Refreshing, Anise, Mint, Lime
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ oz Tofino Distillery Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe
- 2 tsp sugar
- ½ lime cut into quarters
- 10 mint leaves + a sprig for garnish
- Soda water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Muddle sugar and 3 lime quarters in bottom of small collins glass
- Add mint leaves and gently muddle against side of glass
- Fill glass with ice
- Add ¾ oz Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe and stir
- Top with soda and stir. Add additional lime if desired
- Garnish with mint sprigs
