Coconut Syrup
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine Sugar and Water in pot, heat until sugar is dissolved
- Steep coconut for 30 minutes
- Strain into clean glass jar
- Keeps well for up to 1 month in the fridge
