Our seventeenth single barrel release is a summer whiskey to be savoured! Featuring our signature corn/barley/rye mash, it was aged for 5 years in new charred American Oak, and came out ready for summer on the West Coast! Expect a bright whiskey, with the sweetness of corn shining through, and notes of stone fruits like apricot.
