Vodka & Gin - Vesper BATCH (5 drinks)
For the nights when you don’t feel like shaking or stirring! Ready to pour from your freezer
MAKES 5 READY TO POUR COCKTAILS

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz Tofino Distillery Vodka
- 12 oz Tofino Distillery West Coast Dry Gin (= ½ a 750ml bottle, or 1 full 375ml bottle)
- 1½ oz Lillet Blanc
- 2½ oz Water
- optional but encouraged 3 dashes orange blossom water
- Combine all in mason jar, store in freezer until ready to drink.

To serve: pour 3oz into martini glass, garnish with generous lemon peel
Pro tip: for easier pouring keep an empty 750ml Tofino Distillery bottle to mix these in. The heavy glass bottles are ideal for holding your drink in the freezer!
