Rose Hibiscus Gin - Tofino '75
TASTE: Floral, Celebratory 

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1 oz Rose Hibiscus Gin
  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz Champagne (or dry sparkling wine)
INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Shake Rose Hibiscus Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice.
  • Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne
  • Garnish with lemon twist and a rose petal.
