Rose Hibiscus Gin - Tofino '75
A floral twist on the French 75

INGREDIENTS:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Rose Hibiscus Gin
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- 2 oz Champagne (or dry sparkling wine)
- Shake Rose Hibiscus Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice.
- Strain into a champagne flute and top with champagne
- Garnish with lemon twist and a rose petal.
