Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe - Sea Nettle

TASTE: Tropical, Anise
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Tofino Distillery Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Cream of Coconut Syrup
- 4 oz Pineapple Juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine Absinthe, Lime Juice, Coconut Syrup in cocktail shaker with ice,
- Shake and then strain into rocks glasses full of ice
- Add Pineapple Juice and stir
- Optional : can build & stir this cocktail, but the coconut syrup takes some extra time to get it fully mixed in
