INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Combine Absinthe, Lime Juice, Coconut Syrup in cocktail shaker with ice, 
  • Shake and then strain into rocks glasses full of ice
  • Add Pineapple Juice and stir
  • Optional : can build & stir this cocktail, but the coconut syrup takes some extra time to get it fully mixed in
