Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe + Limoncello - White Rabbit
The fluffy white rabbit was featured on our Spring 2025 tasting room menu
TASTE: Anise, Creamy Lemon Pie
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Limoncello
- ½ oz Tofino Distillery Psychedelic Jellyfish Absinthe
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- ¾ Cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
- Strain into chilled nick&nora glass (or any pretty stemmed cocktail glass)
